You can choose to go to the gym to keep active or you can learn how to dance or swim. You can choose the type of activity that will be best fitted to your needs.
Like making new friends? Then you can choose to hang out with your old and new friends by having movie nights, BBQ’s and local trips to events.
Everyone likes to have a hobby, even if you don’t then we can help you by choosing what’s right for you such as; arts, crafts, music, reading, writing or even drama.
Learn new skills
Want to develop your skills then you can enrol in local courses to up your skills in your area of interest and choice. Our staff will help you in making the right decision.

We can help support you to learn a range of daily living and life skills. Learning a new skill can be challenging yet rewarding at the same time. We work with you to help you make the right choice and create a plan that meet your goals. Some of the skills you can choose to learn include:
