Yes, our staff will provide support coordination to you and your family members, care takers, and service providers. If you don’t have an NDIS planner then our staff can provide information around this to you and your family to make the process smoother and easier.
Predominantly, you need to have an intellectual disability to access some of our services, however there are other areas of our service delivery such as therapeutic supports that don’t require you to have an intellectual disability.
Yes, our service prides itself on ensuring that all our clients and their families receive the best care possible and their needs are being met. If a client or family member has an issue with a particular process or staff member then they can contact our HR department for further information.
All plans are approved by NDIS. In some cases, the person you have developed your plan with or your plan review consultation with will be able to approve the plan, while in other cases they will send the draft plan to a colleague who will review and approve the plan.
